Patient Access Program — Let's See What's Possible

Your Situation What You've Tried Your Insurance What You Hope For

You found this page because you have a dental problem that hasn't been solved — and you're wondering if there might be a path forward you haven't tried yet.

There might be. Medical insurance covers more dental care than most people realize — and more than most dentists know how to access for you.

Answer these questions honestly and I'll tell you exactly what I see. This takes about 3 minutes.

Your Dental Situation
Let's start with what you're actually dealing with
Which of the following describes what you're going through right now?
Select everything that applies

⚠ Trauma cases often have strong documentation trails — accident reports, ER records, physician notes. This can significantly strengthen a medical insurance claim. We'll make sure this is a priority.

How long have you been living with this situation?
Has anyone — a dentist, doctor, or specialist — ever connected your dental situation to another health condition you have?
Please answer all questions before continuing.
What You've Tried
I want to understand where you've already been
What solutions do you currently have in place, or have you tried?

Your Insurance
This is where things get specific — and where I might be able to help
A note before you answer I'm asking about medical insurance — the kind that covers doctor visits, hospital stays, and health conditions. Not dental insurance. Many people have both, or only one, or neither. There is no wrong answer here.
Do you currently have medical insurance?
If you have private medical insurance, do you know what type of plan it is?
Has your medical insurance ever been used to help pay for anything related to your mouth, jaw, or dental health?

What You're Hoping For
One last question — and it matters
When you imagine this problem finally being solved, what matters most to you?
Please answer this question before submitting.

Based on what you shared, there's a real possibility your medical insurance could help cover some or all of your treatment.

I want to talk with you. The call is about understanding your situation — not committing to anything. You'll leave knowing exactly where you stand.

Book Your Discovery Call →

I'll send you a short email with a few things to have ready before we talk.

Before your call, locate these if you can

  • Your medical insurance card (front and back)
  • Any treatment plans or cost estimates you've received
  • Names of any doctors who have treated you for related health conditions
Whatever your situation is, I'm glad you looked into this. Most people don't know this path exists.

Your situation is time-sensitive — and we want to prioritize your case.

Trauma cases often have the strongest documentation trail for medical insurance coverage. I want to talk with you as soon as possible.

You might be a strong candidate — but there's one thing I need you to check first.

Before we talk, I need to know what insurance you actually have. Most people don't know exactly what's in their plan — and that's okay. Here's how to find out in about 5 minutes.

How to find out what insurance you have

  • Look for any insurance cards in your wallet — even old ones
  • Check your email for any enrollment confirmation from your employer or the marketplace
  • Call the member services number on your card and ask: "Do I have any coverage for dental-related medical conditions?"
  • If you're on a spouse or parent's plan, ask them to check their coverage summary

I'll follow up in 3 days to check in. If you find your insurance information before then, you can come back and complete a short follow-up form.

Whatever your situation is, I'm glad you looked into this. Most people don't know this path exists.

Without medical insurance, the path I specialize in isn't available to you right now — and I don't want to waste your time.

But that doesn't mean you're out of options. There are real pathways to dental care that most people don't know about, and I've put them together for you.

  • How to locate your nearest Donated Dental Services chapter
  • How to find out if you qualify for marketplace insurance coverage
  • A clear action pathway — what to do first, second, and third

If your situation changes and you gain insurance coverage, come back. The door isn't closed — your circumstances just need to change first.

Medicare coverage for dental care is more limited than most people realize — and I don't want to mislead you.

The path I typically use is difficult to access with Medicare alone. Before we talk, I want to make sure you have accurate information — and that you've looked into whether you have any supplemental coverage that might change things.

Check these before anything else

  • Do you have a Medicare Advantage (Part C) plan? Some include dental benefits beyond original Medicare.
  • Do you have a Medigap or supplemental policy? Check your coverage summary.
  • Do you have any secondary insurance through a spouse or former employer?

If you discover you have supplemental coverage, come back and re-qualify. If you have Medicare only, I'll be honest — the path is limited, but there may still be specific case types I can help with. Reach out directly to ask.

Whatever your situation is, I'm glad you looked into this. Most people don't know this path exists.

Based on what you shared, the specific path I work through may not be the right fit right now.

That doesn't mean your situation isn't real — it just means the tool I use has limits. Here's where I'd point you instead.

Resources that may help

  • State dental assistance programs — many states have Medicaid dental benefits worth exploring
  • Community health centers — federally qualified health centers offer sliding-scale dental care
  • Donated Dental Services — free, comprehensive care for people with disabilities or who are elderly or medically fragile

I'll share educational content monthly. If your coverage situation changes, come back and re-qualify.

Whatever your situation is, I'm glad you looked into this. Most people don't know this path exists.
